Shipping Policy
General
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the next business day. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping method may vary depending on final destination. Processing times may be longer during peak order volume periods such as Halloween, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas.
Thesoulmate currently accepts orders within the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, and within fifty (50) APO/FPO address ranges.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.
The following shipping methods are currently available within the United States:
Economy (continental U.S. only): Delivery within 4-10 business days
Standard: Delivery within 4-7 business days
Expedited: Delivery within 3-5 business days
Priority: Delivery within 2-4 business days
International
Thesoulmate currently offers international shipping to Canada (excluding Quebec). We offer standard international shipping. All international orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delivery delays beyond our initial estimate. Puerto Rico/U.S. Territories
Thesoulmate offers standard shipping to Puerto Rico and U.S. territories, with an estimated delivery time of 4-12 business days.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses/PO Boxes
Thesoulmate offers standard shipping to domestic PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses, with an estimated delivery time of 4-12 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from Thesoulmate with your tracking number. Domestic orders may include multiple tracking numbers if items are shipped separately. If you received a partial order, please check the order details in your account to confirm if any additional items are still being processed. International orders will include a USPS or UPS tracking number.
